Versatile Spot Heating


Hot Air Guns use filtered compressed air and vortex tube technology to produce hot air for numerous industrial spot heating applications. With no moving parts to wear out, the internal vortex tube converts factory compressed air into a hot air stream, producing temperatures up to 200°F. Hot Air Guns are used in various industrial processes, preheating, softening and heat shrinking as a versatile spot heating device.

The Hot Air Gun is used in a variety of applications including:

 

  • Pre and post heating of urethane, epoxy, and acrylic adhesives and substrates
  • Evaporative drying of items cleaned with solvents 
  • Heating films 
  • Warming parts and softing materials
